Thank you for choosing this TOTOLINK product. We hope that you will enjoy using it! This document is intended to explain TOTOLINK warranty policy and services offered by Authorized Distributors and Dealers in Philippines.


Authorized Distributors and Dealers

The TOTOLINK Authorized Distributors and Dealers will provide all level of services and support for any products sold by TOTOLINK in Philippines to dealers as well as to customers who wish to be serviced directly by TOTOLINK.

TOTOLINK Philippines Office business hours are Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 6:00pm in Metro Manila, Philippines.


RMA Procedure & Kind Reminder:

  • Get your product serial number ready before contacting Authorized Distributors and Dealers or shipping your defective product.
  • A customer support agent will do troubleshooting to see if the product is defective. If it is, then the following information will be required:
    • Your contact information
    • Product serial number
    • Proof of purchase
  • An example of product serial number : 
  • Please be aware that a product serial number will be shown on the back of the device, which is unique for different product line.

*TOTOLINK reserves the right to make changes and/or improvements to this policy. Any changes will be updated on the Product Warranty Page to keep the customers informed.


Warranty Terms and Conditions

(You shall be deemed to have understood, accepted, and agreed to the following terms and conditions for the warranty of your purchased Product.)


TOTOLINK warrants that the TOTOLINK product purchased by you as an end-user or consumer in Philippines are free from all manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship for the following warranty periods, from the date of purchase:


Warranty Period

(This warranty shall be applicable and valid for the Product purchased through any TOTOLINK’s Authorized Distributor, Dealer, or Online Stores in the Philippines.)


Standard Warranty

  1. Networking Products

*Replacement of Networking Products will be free from Manufacturer’s defect in materials or workmanship for the first year

By showing the receipt & S/N no. to verify your warranty valid or invalid.


3 Years

  1. Adapters, Accessories

*Warranty service does not include transportation costs to return the products or new delivery of repaired or replacement products.

* Warranty service is not applicable to the product’s Free Gift.

  1. Important: Please note that it is required to bring the Product, sales receipt or purchase invoice showing the date of purchase of the Product as the proof of purchase to our Authorized Distributors and Dealers for detailed diagnosis; If fail to provide the proof of purchase, TOTOLINK will verify your warranty by using the serial number.



New Product Replacement (Revised on 2018/8/30)

  1. For a replacement, products being returned MUST be in the original product box with all accessories, manuals, and/or software and hardware.
  2. Scope of Replacements Warranty:

(1) The device itself cannot power or turn itself on.

(2) The function or setting screens cannot be displayed normally.

(3) The control function is invalid.

(4) Product’s appearance prove to be defective for non-artificial reasons


Exclusions from this Warranty Service

The warranty only covers failures or malfunctions occurred in normal use conditions during the warranty period, as well as for any material or workmanship defect. The warranty will not apply if:

  1. The warranty seals have been broken or altered.
  2. The serial number of the product is not clear, or has been removed, mutilated or tampered with.
  3. Products purchased through unauthorized distribution channels
  4. Other unforeseen circumstances or causes outside TOTOLINK's control including, but not limited to any power failure surges, lightning, earthquakes, typhoons, hurricanes, tornadoes, volcanic action, floods, fire, accidental breakage, natural disaster, etc.; Defects (physically damaged) resulting from normal use such as scratches, fall off the unit itself, circuit burnt, crush deformation, interface breakage, wet and any other defects and damages caused by man-made.
  5. TOTOLINK’s warranty does not cover damage to the device caused by non-TOTOLINK (non-original) approved adapters.

This warranty is only valid in Philippines as based on the Product Warranty page shown on TOTOLINK Philippines official website: http://www.totolink.com.ph, and the product is not eligible for any international warranty service.
